HEIDI POWERS-TAYLOR

Heidi is a native of the Sacramento region; educated in the Elk Grove School District and then at California State University, Sacramento where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business focusing on Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. Licensed in real estate since 1988, Heidi began her career gaining invaluable experience by learning from top leaders in various sectors, including real estate sales, appraisal, land acquisitions, commercial leasing, fund development, and title insurance sales.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, Heidi excels under pressure and is dedicated to providing strategic property solutions. Her career has been marked by a commitment to connecting industry professionals with valuable information and ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Heidi places a high value on consistent follow-up and outstanding customer service.

In addition to her professional achievements, Heidi has actively supported the community through numerous roles, including Soccer League Team Coordinator, Little League Coordinator, PTO President, Volunteer Coordinator, Jesuit High School's Christmas Tree Lane Chairperson, and recruiter for major sponsors at Social Venture Partners in Sacramento.

When not working or visiting their three adult children in Newport Beach or Salt Lake City, Heidi enjoys a round of golf, a fast game or two of Pickleball, or skiing the slopes in Tahoe and Utah.
